I currently do not do complex backgrounds

Expectations

♡ Client will provide all visual references
♡ 50% payment must be completed before sketch phase can begin
♡ All commissions are personal use unless commercial fee is agreed upon and paid prior to completion.
♡ Commercial fees only apply to commission used in merchandise, not personal use applications such as:
Posting, overlays, headers, etc. If there are any questions please contact me directly.
Process
♡ Once at least 50% payment is paid sketching phase will begin
♡ I will send initial sketches. once approved, payment in full is expected.♡ Please check my Trello (click) for updates before asking in DMs.

Button

♡ After initial sketch is approved I will not provide major revisions (EX. changing pose significantly, outfit changes, adding nudity)
♡ I do not accept refunds nonnegotiable
♡ I reserve the right to decline or cancel your commission. If your commission is cancelled, you will receive a full refund
♡ Once initial sketch is approved, I will not continue work on your commission until agreed upon payment payment is fulfilled.
Chargebacks
♡ If a chargeback is filed client [no longer has permission to post/use work in any way shape or form, furthermore Client will be prohibited from requesting any further commissions
♡ In the event of a chargeback Commercial rights are no longer valid
Payment
♡ All payments are made via Paypal Invoicing or Vgen

Permissions/Copyright
♡ If you have not paid commercial rights or NDA fee, I retain rights to use your work for display (such as, but not limited to, portfolio work examples)
♡ I do not do NFTs
♡ DO NOT USE ARTWORK/COMMISSION IN GENERATIVE AI PROGRAMS ♡

commercial rights is required for and not limited to pieces used in merch, prints, etc.
**commercial fee is not required for use in social media, Stream assets (ex. panels, starting soon screens, alerts) however in such uses credit to my site/twitter is required.
